之前有報道過，Google 的 Eric Schmidt 表示將在 6 個月內推出運行 Android 4.0 的平板電腦。
而 Digitimes 網站表示，來自 Google 上游供應廠商指 Google 將會推出的是一部 7吋平板，並以 Amazon 的 Kindle Fire 為競爭對手，售價亦會低於 US$199。這部 Google 自家平板將會在 3, 4月左右推出。
不過，Google 方面未有証實這個消息。
