Google 在官方網誌公佈消息，在未來數個月將會整合 Picasa 和 Drive 的儲存空間，用戶將會有 5GB 的免費儲存空間在這兩項服務中共用。
Google storage in Picasa and Drive will be consolidated over the next few months, so users will have five GB of free storage across both services.
現在，Google Picasa 提供了 1GB 的免費儲存空間，而 Google Drive 則有 5GB 的免費儲存空間，但兩者儲存空間是各自的，將來兩者的儲存空間量會合併。
若果你有很多相片儲存，但較少使用 Google Drive，新改動可為你帶來較多空間儲存相片。若你只集中使用 Google Drive，而較少使用 Picasa，那改動對你應沒有多大影響。
若果有付費購買額外儲存空間，如 100GB。那就會有 100GB 儲存空間在兩項服務中共享。
If you’re paying for storage, your free storage will now be counted towards your total. So if you buy a 100GB plan, it will give you 100GB of total storage instead of adding to what you already had.
