Sony Mobile 在官方 Blog 公佈了 Xperia 手機升級 Jelly Bean 消息。
新機最快 2013 Q1 升級
首先是最新推出的 Xperia T, Xperia TX, 還有快將推出的 Xperia V，將會在 2013年第一季中會有 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean 升級。
跟著，Xperia S, Xperia acro S, Xperia ion, Xperia P, Xperia go 和 Xperia J，這些手機亦可升級至 Android 4.1，但升級時間則有待公佈。
2011年手機不會升級
至於在 2011 年推出的 Xperia 手機，只會升級至 Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich，並不會提供 Jelly Bean 升級。
We were glad to provide the Android 4.0.4 upgrade for our 2011 Xperia portfolio across most markets and the majority of models but, after thorough evaluation, we have concluded they will not be upgraded beyond Ice Cream Sandwich.
