早前 LG 在自家的宣傳片上，”唔覺意” 洩露了 LG G3 Stylus 手機。當時都估計這是一部跟 Galaxy Note 系列競爭的手機，但原來 G3 Stylus 只是一部備有手寫筆的大芒中階機。LG 正式公佈 G3 Stylus，並會在 9月初的 IFA 2014 亮相。手機將會在 9月於巴西率先推出，稍後亦會亞洲地區推出。
軟件功能方面，也有 Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot, Front Camera Light 等。而手寫筆方面，專利的 Rubberdium 手寫筆適合普通記事，又或用作繪畫。
