Sony Xperia Z4 和 Xperia Z3+ 都不斷傳出有過熱問題。在日本，NTT Docomo 在宣傳銷售時更貼出一張提示，提示用家要定時關機, 充電時關機, 定時備份等以防過熱問題。
將會出 Update
有荷蘭科技網站聯絡 Sony 查詢有關 Z3+ 的過熱情況，並得到 Sony 的回覆。Sony 表示 Xperia Z3+ 採用高效能的 64-bit 八核芯處理器，並有先進的相機技術。在某些情況下，過熱情況會導致手機未能操作。
而 Sony 亦表示會在夏季為手機推出更新，以改善手機過熱情況。
其實 Z4/Z3+ 採用的 Snapdragon 810 處理器之前已知有過熱問題，相信 Sony 亦有對應方法才把手機上市。但 Z4 手機在日本開賣後，隨即有不少用家表示有過熱情況導致手機不能使用，似乎這情況應是 Sony 預料不到。各位有意購買 Z3+ 的用家要留意一下，也希望 Sony 快些推出 Update，否則銷情應會受打擊呢。
