在美國 Google Store 已經開售了 Pixel, Pixel XL 一段時間，最新情況是有些已訂購 Pixel 電話的買家接獲 Google 方面通知，電話要待至十一月中才會出貨。
有些用家雖然已在 Google Store 落了 Order，但 Order History 仍只顥示 Pre-ordered 或 Pending，部份人訂單雖然已到了出貨日期但款項仍未扣數，不少跡像都顯示 Pixel 的訂單都在延遲。
Google 方面指由於 Pixel 電話在預訂期間太受歡迎，訂單數量遠遠超出預期，他們正在加快工作以補充 Pixel 電話存貨。
We’re thrilled to see the excitement for our new Pixel phones, and frankly pre-order demand has exceeded our expectations. We’re working to restock our inventory as soon as possible.
現在只有美國, 英國, 澳洲等幾個國家開售了 Pixel 電話，香港, 台灣等地還未有，不少香港買家還在等待，希望美國缺貨不會影響到其他地區的出貨時間呢。
