來自英國 The Telegraph 的消息，Google 的 Hugo Barra 表示 Nexus S 將會在數星期內獲得Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich 升級，但 Google 不會為 Nexus One 升級 Ice Cream Sandwich。
Nexus S 有得升級
Hugo Barra 是 Android 的 Product Management Director，他表示將會在 Galaxy Nexus 推出市場後，會為 Nexus S 提供 Ice Cream Sandwich 升級。

Nexus One 不會升級
但是大仔 Nexus One 就不會升級。Hugo Barra 表示由於 Nexus One 的硬件規格太舊，未能為 Nexus One 提供升級。
Owners of the first official Google phone, the Nexus One, will not be getting the upgrade, however. Barra said the hardware was simply too old to run the new operating system.
各位 Nexus One 用家想使用 Ice Cream Sandwich，唯有寄望 Custom ROM 了。
