Google 發佈了 Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 的最新版本 4.0.3，當中包括了一系列為手機和平板進行的優化和錯誤修正，包括圖像，數據庫，拼寫檢查，藍芽等。
The new release includes a variety of optimizations and bug fixes for phones and tablets, as well as a small number of new APIs for developers. The new API level is 15.
另外，這個版本的 API Level 為 15（之前 Android 4.0.1-4.0.2 的 API Level 為14），內裏還有新的 API 及開發者使用，如：社交網絡，行事曆，相機等。
這個 Android 4.0.3 將會作為 Ice Cream Sandwich 的基礎版本 (Base Version)，往後跟廠商合作都會採用這個 4.0.3 版本。相信是Android 4.0 經過一段時間的實際運作後，Google 將一些問題修正和優化，成為這個較穩定的 4.0.3 版本！
