HTC Flyer 雖然是一部 7吋平板，但在推出時郤是運行 Android 2.3 Gingerbread 的，而不是為平板而設的 Android 3.0 Honeycomb。

而 HTC 最近就為歐洲的 3G版 HTC Flyer提供 Honeycomb 升級，除了有 Android Honeycomb 系統內為 Tablet 而作的改動外，今次升級亦會提升 HTC Sense，以改善網絡瀏覽，電郵和行事曆等。
Honeycomb brings a ton of improvements to Android on tablets, including the latest version of HTC Sense for Tablet with enhanced Internet browsing, Mail, Calendar and more all optimized for the 7″ screen.
至於 Wifi 版本就會在稍後提供，而其他地區的 HTC Flyer 何時才會有 Honeycomb 升級則未有公佈。
