Sony Xperia Z2 具有 IP55/58 防水級別，代表手機可承受低壓水噴射，亦可以在 1.5m 深清水內浸泡達 30分鐘。

下面就是 Clove 做的 Z2 防水簡單示範。手機播著影片再放進水瓶內，跟著拿出來可繼續使用，當然這個小測試對於 IP55/58 防水級別的 Z2 來說完全沒問題呢。
