PayPal 公佈在 25個國家推出指紋認証，用戶只要在 Galaxy S5 手機上掃一掃指紋就可登入 PayPal App，進行網上購物付款。用戶亦可在支援 PayPal 付款的商店，透過指紋登入 PayPal App 進行付款。
不過 PayPal 就未有詳細列出這 25個國家。

Gear 2/Gear Fit 也有 PayPal App
另外，PayPal 亦公佈為 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit 推出 PayPal App。用家可以在 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit 內登入帳戶進行付款，查閱帳戶, 接收通知等。這個 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit App 則會在 8個國家推出。
