Android 7.0 Nougat 已經推出了一段時間，Nexus 裝置亦陸續有 OTA Update。但部份 Nexus 5X 用家在 Android 7.0 OTA 更新後，手機就遇到嚴重問題，手機會隨時重新啟動 Random Reboots。
有多個 Nexus 5X 用家在 Google Nexus Help Forum 上表示，手機更新後會無源無故重新啟動。就算手機 Clear Cache Partition, Reboot Safe Mode, Uninstall Apps, 甚至 Factory Reset 亦未能解決問題。
Google 方面數天前在 Forum 作出回應，指有小部份 Nexus 5X 用家在手機 Android 7.0 更新後出現問題。Google 方面正繼續調查問題，但已可確定跟硬件相關。Google 指出若用家遇到這樣情況，可以跟所購買的店方聯繫安排維修或保養跟進。
即是話更新後會導致硬件出事，而出現 Reboots 情況，在軟件方面已無法救回手機，只可入廠維修。至於是甚?硬件部份出事，為何會出事則未清楚。
