Samsung Galaxy S8 和 S8+ 賣點之一是配搭了 Samsung 自家人工智能助理 Bixby。在發佈會上，亦介紹了 Bixby 主要有 Voice, Vision, Home, 和 Reminder 四方面的功能，可以用作語音操作, 相機辨認, 提示等。
不過美國方面最新消息指，當 Galaxy S8, S8+ 推出時 Bixby 不會配備 Voice 功能，只有 Vision, Home 和 Reminder 三部份，Bixby Voice 功能要待今季稍後時間才在美國推出。
Key features of Bixby, including Vision, Home and Reminder, will be available with the global launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 on April 21. Bixby Voice will be available in the U.S. on the Galaxy S8 later this spring.
Samsung 未有透露 Bixby Voice 未能即時推出的原因。不過對用家來說，沒有 Voice 語音操作，餘下的 Bixby 使用起來確實又不太方便。
