Telegram 推出了最新 5.9 版本，今次主要改動是引入全新的 Sticker 貼紙格式。
這個全新的 Sticker 貼紙格式為 .tgs，最重要是檔案大小只是 20-30KB，而且都是 60fps，較一般的 GIF 輕盈。簡單而言，用家可以用更輕盈高質的貼紙表達自己的想法，而在對話中貼紙載入速度亦較快。
