Galaxy Z Flip3 本身推出時就有四款顏色包括：奶油白, 黑, 綠和紫色，而今次 Bespoke Edition 就有另外五種顏色, 藍, 粉紅, 黃, 白, 黑色。用家可以為機面和背蓋各自從五種顏色中選擇，另外機身邊框亦有黑色和銀色選擇，即是話總共有 5x5x2 個組合。
Galaxy Z Flip3 Bespoke Edition 最初會先在指定市場推出包括：美國, 英國, 韓國, 德國, 法國, 加拿大和澳洲，256GB 版本售價為 1099美元。由於每部裝置都是個別組合，所以由訂購至出貨，需要約一兩星期時間。Samsung 亦表示稍後會將 Bespoke Edition 推展至其他市場。
