Nexus Prime 的发布原定于 10月11日发布，其后 Google 和 Samsung 发表通告因 Steve Jobs 逝世而将有关 Nexus Prime 的发布延迟。
而 Samsung 英国的销售总监 Andrew Glass 就透露了 Nexus Prime 的消息，虽然仍未有确实日期，但就表示会在短期内发布，并会很快在市场推出，会比坊间预期更早。

之前网络上流传 Nexus Prime 可能改在 10月27日公布，看来 Nexus Prime 很大可能比这个日子还要早发布，可能还会在发布后数天内推出市场！
