Google 发布了 Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 的最新版本 4.0.3，当中包括了一系列为手机和平板进行的优化和错误修正，包括图像，数据库，拼写检查，蓝芽等。
The new release includes a variety of optimizations and bug fixes for phones and tablets, as well as a small number of new APIs for developers. The new API level is 15.
另外，这个版本的 API Level 为 15（之前 Android 4.0.1-4.0.2 的 API Level 为14），内里还有新的 API 及开发者使用，如：社交网络，行事历，相机等。
这个 Android 4.0.3 将会作为 Ice Cream Sandwich 的基础版本 (Base Version)，往后跟厂商合作都会采用这个 4.0.3 版本。相信是Android 4.0 经过一段时间的实际运作后，Google 将一些问题修正和优化，成为这个较稳定的 4.0.3 版本！
