在9 月时，Sony 公布了 Xperia Z3 系列，还有 PlayStation 4 Remote Play 功能，玩家透过 Remote Play App，就可以将手机经由 Wifi 接驳至 PlayStation 4。手机成为 PlayStation 4 的屏幕，更可以配合 DUALSHOCK4 无线手制作操控。

Z2 数星期后也有
Sony 在官方 Blog 公布，今天正式开放 PS4 Remote Play 予 Xperia Z3 装罝，包括 Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact 和 Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact。用家可以在 Play Store 下载 PS4 Remote Play 使用。
Sony 亦透露数星期后，Xperia Z2 和 Z2 Tablet 也可以使用 PS4 Remote Play 功能。
