Pokemon GO 今个星期将会有更新，会加入新小精灵，并会有其他改动如：新Berry, 头像设定等。
Pokemon GO 官网公布，将会在今个星期加入第二代金银版的小精灵，会有80多只新小精灵加入。
Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, and many more Pokémon are nearly here! Starting later this week, you’ll have the opportunity to catch more than 80 Pokémon originally discovered in the Johto region in the Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver video games.
除了有新小精灵外，还有其他改进，包括引入更多精灵的进化，而补捉小精灵的画面亦会有改进，可以在画面直接选取精灵球和 Berries。个人头像亦会有更新，可以自选帽子, 衣裤以及其他配件。
Berries 亦会新增两个种类，Nanab Berries 和 Pinap Berries。Nanab Berries 可以减慢小精灵的动作速度，而使用 Pinap Berries 后若即刻成功补捉，就可以获得双倍糖果。
