期待已久的 Telegram Voice Calls 终于有了，新功能会率先在欧洲推出，之后很快会在全球其他地区推出。
Telegram Voice Calls 操作十分简单，在对话框内拉下操作按钮，点按内里的通话按钮就可拨打给对方。界面就如一般的通话 App，有全屏幕头像亦有拨打, 挂断, 喇叭等按钮。
四个 Emoji 检视 Secure
Telegram 当然 Secure 是它的卖点，Voice Calls 跟 Telegram Secret Chats 建基于同一套的 end-to-end encryption 机制，比较特别对话双方可以透过一组四个 Emoji 查看对话是否 100% Secure。
通话双方在各自画面右上角都会有一组四个的 Emoji，只要四个 Emoji 是完全相同，就表示双方的通话是 100% Secure。
Telegram Voice Calls 会采用 Peer-to-peer 连接形式，但若 Peer-to-peer 连接未能建立就会经由最就近的服务器作联系。Telegram 本身已在全球设有服务器用作文字传送，现在这些服务器也会用于语音通话。
另外 Telegram Voice Calls 也有 AI 学习功能，每次 Voice Call 进行，系统都会从装置中学习相关的技术资料例如 Network Speed, Ping Times, Packet Loss 等，但不会涉及通话内容。系统会依据这些数据进行调整，以提升往后的通话质素。
