Google Contacts App 可用于所有 Android 5.0 或以上装置

过去 Google Contacts App 只限于向 Nexus, Pixel 又或是 Google Play Edition 装置提供，其他厂商的手机装置若要使用 Google Contacts App 唯有靠自行安装 APK 档案。

Android 5.0 或以上可用
最新 Google Contacts App 2.1.2 版本就正式向其他装置开放，只要是运行 Android 5.0 Lollipop 或以上，就可以从 Google Play Store 下载安装使用。

Google Contacts App 跟其他联络人 App 最大分别最大吸引之处，当然就是由 Google 开发出品。另外 Google Conntacts 是可支援多个 Google 帐户，而且操作界面是标准的 Material UI 设计风格。

而今次 2.1.2 版本更新亦有一些功能改进，包括可以在 Contacts List 内将重复的联络人资料合并，还会有自动建议提示为现有联络人加添资料。
