在美国多部提供给媒体作 review 测试的 Galaxy Fold 屏幕都出现问题，引来不少人质疑 Galaxy Fold 屈曲屏幕的质素和可靠性，Samsung 方面亦对此作出回应。
Samsung 表示已收到数宗回报表示 Galaxy Fold 主屏幕出现问题，他们逐一为这些装置作出全面检查，以确定问题的原因。
Samsung 亦提到有少部份 Review Units 屏幕上的保护层 (Protective Layer) 被移除。Samsung 指出这个保护层是屏幕结构一部份，以保护屏幕不被刮花，移除这个保护层或会损害屏幕。他们会确保这个保护层用途资讯会准确传达至消费者。
A limited number of early Galaxy Fold samples were provided to media for review. We have received a few reports regarding the main display on the samples provided. We will thoroughly inspect these units in person to determine the cause of the matter.
Separately, a few reviewers reported having removed the top layer of the display causing damage to the screen. The main display on the Galaxy Fold features a top protective layer, which is part of the display structure designed to protect the screen from unintended scratches. Removing the protective layer or adding adhesives to the main display may cause damage. We will ensure this information is clearly delivered to our customers.
至于 Galaxy Fold 下星期在美国开售的安排则未受到这次屏幕风波影响。Samsung 美国表示会继续原定的安排，会在 4月 26日开售 Galaxy Fold。
