到访网站浏览，很多时都会遇到 Popup 弹出要求接收通知权限，要回答 Allow 或 Deny 十分麻烦。不过 Google Chrome 80 将会推出改进，可以减少这些烦扰的通知要求。
在 Chrome 80 设定内，用家可以选择接收网站通知，更可选择 Quieter Messaging 可以拦阻减少通知影响。
Users who repeatedly deny notifications across websites will be automatically enrolled in the quieter notifications UI.
Sites with very low acceptance rates will be automatically enrolled in quieter prompts. They will be unenrolled once acceptance rates improve
用家若果经常选择 Deny Notification 的话，就会自动选定使用 Quieter Messaging，而网站若果经常被用家拒绝通知的话，亦会自动成为 Quieter Messaging。这两项都可以让用家大幅减少受到通知要求烦扰。
