Google 在十二月时为 Pixel 装置推出了 Feature Drops 更新，加入了不少改进，尤其是旧型号 Pixel 装置，引入了一些原先只限于 Pixel 4 提供的功能。
不过，这个十二月份更新推送时就特别奇怪。一开始时已表明 Pixel 4 要稍迟才收到，其后有不少 Pixel 3 用家反映等了三星期以上还未收到更新推出。
Google 在12月31日于 Twitter 回应用家有关提问时表示，他们理解有关情况，若果仍未收到 12月份更新的话，数天后将会收到一个12月和1月整合的更新。Google 并对引起的不便表示歉意。
