之前已有消息指 Samsung 会在 Galaxy Unpacked Event 公布多个装置，最新 Samsung 就在官方网站内确认这个消息。Samsung 在官方网站发出的新闻稿中，访问了负责流动通讯业务的主管 TM Roh，当中就讲出会在 Galaxy Unpacked 公布5个新装置。
At this summer’s Galaxy Unpacked, we’ll be introducing five new power devices. These devices deliver on our vision to be the innovator of new mobile experiences that flow seamlessly and continuously wherever we go.
不过文中就没有说明是那5个新装置，亦没有任何提示。根据一直流传的消息 Galaxy Note20 是必然之选，而最近 Samsung Twitter 宣传片也有提及折叠屏幕，Galaxy Z Fold 2 也会有份呢，另外一部折叠屏幕电话 Galaxy Z Flip 5G 应该也有份。近年来 Samsung 都喜欢将一些穿戴装置一并公布，所以新一代无线蓝牙耳机 Galaxy Buds Live 以及智能手表 Galaxy Watch 3 也有机会。虽然平板近年来都不是重点，但最近也有不少 Galaxy Tab S7 平板的消息流传，机会虽然较细但也不能完全排除它会在 Unpacked 发布会中公布。
