Galaxy Z Flip3 本身推出时就有四款颜色包括：奶油白, 黑, 绿和紫色，而今次 Bespoke Edition 就有另外五种颜色, 蓝, 粉红, 黄, 白, 黑色。用家可以为机面和背盖各自从五种颜色中选择，另外机身边框亦有黑色和银色选择，即是话总共有 5x5x2 个组合。
Galaxy Z Flip3 Bespoke Edition 最初会先在指定市场推出包括：美国, 英国, 韩国, 德国, 法国, 加拿大和澳洲，256GB 版本售价为 1099美元。由于每部装置都是个别组合，所以由订购至出货，需要约一两星期时间。Samsung 亦表示稍后会将 Bespoke Edition 推展至其他市场。
