Qualcomm 在上年年尾公布了 Snapdragon 765 和 765G 中高阶两颗处理器，当中的 765G 是以 Gaming 为主，CPU 效能稍为推高并支援 Snapdragon Elite Gaming 功能。今天 Qualcomm 就公布了 765G 的后继延续版本 Snapdragon 768G。
Snapdragon 768G 采用跟 765G 相同架构但在运算和图像效能上就有明显提升。Kryo 475 CPU Prime Core 会由 2.4GHz 提升至 2.8GHz，效能提升 15%，至于全新的 Adreno 620 在图像表现亦较上一代 765G 提升 15%，另外蓝牙支援提升至 v5.2。
还会有一系列的 Elite Gaming Features 包括：True HDR Gaming, Qualcomm Game Color Plus 和 Updateable GPU Driver。768G 当然也会有 On-device AI 和支援 5G 网络。
